Robert Poythress has been married for 28 years and is the father to 3 children.  He currently serves on 8 other Boards in addition to the New Hope Madera Board of Directors.  Robert is the former Mayor of Madera and still serves on the Madera City Council.  Robert has been with New Hope Madera since it’s inception.

Robert joined New Hope Madera because, “I recognized the need in the community of Madera for an organization that turns people from a destructive lifestyle to one of positive significance.”  Robert adds, “I was impressed with the success of Hope Now Fresno and wanted to see the results replicated in Madera.”
